Editorial policy
Lively Community Press aims to make its coverage of community connection clear, fair and useful. We distinguish description from opinion, explain the limits of a claim and correct meaningful errors when they are brought to our attention.
Accuracy and care
We check names, dates and other factual details before publication, and we take care not to present an example as proof of a general rule. Where a subject depends on context or interpretation, we make that clear. We welcome specific correction requests through the Contact page and review them carefully.
Independence
Editorial choices are made for their relevance to readers and the publication's subject. A commercial relationship does not determine our conclusions, and we do not promise coverage in exchange for support or access.
Corrections
When we confirm an error, we correct the article and make the change clear when the error meaningfully affected a reader's understanding. A correction request should identify the article and the detail in question, with supporting context where possible.
Partner material and illustrations
Material created through a paid or other partner arrangement is labelled clearly so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial work. Some illustrations may be generated with AI; when that is the case, the illustration is identified accordingly. Images are not presented as documentary evidence unless they are intended and verified as such.
Connection is made of small, visible choices
A clear invitation, a place to pause and room for different ways to take part can change the feel of a shared occasion.
